Dreams Ignited was founded by Joe and Taryn Tharakan on October  2, 2026.

Joe discovered virtual reality during COVID and was hooked on the technology behind it. He's an avid learner and an early adopter, and over the years he produced several VR videos as favors for friends, mostly as a hobby.

In 2024, Joe visited his 90-year-old grandmother in India and filmed a VR video with her on her front porch, where she left messages for her nine children and her grandchildren. Back home, he edited, stitched and rendered the footage so it could be played on a VR headset. His grandmother is no longer with us, but being able to put on a headset, be transported back to her porch and hear her speak to them is priceless to the family.

At Dreams Ignited, we're here to pass this gift of virtual reality on to you. Whether you want to relive memories of someone you've lost, go back to when your child was six and wouldn't stop asking "Why?", close the distance between you and your remote students with a virtual classroom, or show a property to an out-of-state investor, we've got you covered.
