Dreams Ignited ("we," "us") is a Los Angeles, California business owned by Joseph D Tharakan. We make and edit VR and 360 videos. This page explains what information our website, dreamsignited.com, collects and how we use it.
What we collect
• Information you send us. If you email us, we get your name, email address, and whatever you write. We use it only to answer you, give you a quote, and do the work you ask for.
• Basic visit statistics. Our website is hosted by Framer, which counts visits (for example, pages viewed, browser type, and general location) so we can see how the site is used. We do not use this to identify you.
• Videos from YouTube. Some pages show videos from YouTube. When you play them, YouTube (Google) may collect information and set cookies under its own privacy policy.
We do not sell your information. We do not use advertising trackers.
Who we share it with
We share information only with services that help us run the business (such as our website host, email provider, and file delivery services like Google Drive or Mega), when the law requires it, or with your permission.
Links to other sites
Our site links to other sites such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Yelp. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
"Do Not Track"
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Our site does not currently respond to it, because we do not track you across other websites.
Children: Our website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices: You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us at any time by emailing us. California residents may have additional rights under California law, and we will honor any reasonable request.

Welcome to dreamsignited.com. Dreams Ignited is a Los Angeles, California business owned by Joseph D Tharakan. We make and edit VR and 360 videos and offer custom VR video services and products. By using this website or our services, you agree to these terms.
Using our website
Please use the site for lawful, personal purposes. All videos, photos, text, and logos on this site belong to Dreams Ignited unless a written contract says otherwise. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.
Quotes and pricing
Every project is custom. Prices on the site are a guide only. Your final price, what's included, and the schedule are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Deposits and refunds
A 50% deposit books your shoot date. The rest is due before we deliver your final files.
If you cancel at least 72 hours before the shoot, we refund your deposit in full. If you cancel later or miss the shoot, the deposit isn't refundable, but you can move it to one new date within 90 days.
If we have to cancel, you choose: a full refund of your deposit or a new shoot date.
Once filming has happened, payments aren't refundable. Every project includes one round of reasonable edits.
If your written quote or contract says something different, that wins.
Delivery
We deliver finished, edited video files by digital download (for example, Mega or Google Drive). You supply your own VR headset or viewing device. Please download and save your files soon after we send them, since download links may expire.
Permissions and releases
You are responsible for getting permission from the people and property owners at the places you ask us to film, unless we agree in writing to handle it. We may ask for signed release forms before filming.
Disclaimer
Our website and services are provided "as is." We do our best, but we can't promise the site will always be available or error-free, or that videos will play the same on every device or headset. Some people feel dizziness or discomfort in VR, so please watch seated and take breaks.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Dreams Ignited is not liable for indirect or unexpected losses. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.
Other websites
Our site links to and shows content from other services, such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Yelp. We don't control those sites, and their own terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute will be handled in Los Angeles County, California.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
